Here at Your Fertility Journey (YFJ) we pride ourselves on delivering high quality fertility, women’s health and menopause advice and advocacy as well as ensuring a fantastic patient experience.
We are delighted and proud, that in 10 years of operating YFJ has not received any complaints, however we want to make it easy for you to complain if you if feel unsatisfied with the care you have received. Below are details on how you can make a complaint.
Both the Director and nurse consultant Kate Davies and specialist nurse Katherine Pleace are regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You can check our registration on the NMC website. We are also both indemnified by The Royal College of Nursing.
If you wish to make a complaint, please email Kate Davies directly on kate@yourfertilityjourney.com and your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the YFJ Complaints Policy. Complaints are audited on an annual basis and any complaints received would directly inform changes and improvements to our service and care. If, however, you prefer to make a complaint directly to the NMC you can do so here.
