Kate Davies RN, BSc(Hons), FP Cert
Expert Fertility Nurse Consultant, Coach and YFJ Director
I’m an independent fertility nurse consultant and worked for over 20 years in the UK’s National Health Service as a specialist nurse in Gynaecology, Sexual and contraceptive health and fertility, before working independently as the founder director of Your Fertility Journey. I hold a first class honours degree in the field, and as a qualified Fertility Coach offer my patients much needed emotional support as well as clinical advice.
I have a special interest in natural fertility and PCOS. I’ve worked with 100’s of women who suffer with PCOS and I have recently undertaken specialist training in PCOS to enhanced my practice.
I am a registered fertility nurse consultant and fertility coach with over 25 years experience in fertility and women’s health. I, along with my nursing team and support staff (as well as Golden Retriever Isla and a particularly naught cat called Catkin!) run YFJ.
I continually strive to provide my patients with high quality and research based healthcare. I am a member of the British Fertility Society, ESHRE and registered with the NMC. I am registered as a practitioner with FertilityUK and receive regular training and clinical supervision from FertilityUK.
On top of my clinical work I support the Fertility Industry to achieve fertility excellence and I am currently working with top fertility brands, companies and organisations to help them reach their key objectives. And I am the co-host of the super popular Fertility Podcast along with Broadcaster and IVF Mum Natalie Silverman.
When I’m not in my office I’m enjoying time with my husband, our two boys and our Golden Retriever Isla and a particularly naught cat called Catkin, on my road bike or finding some quiet time in my greenhouse!

Kate Pleace RN, PGDip
Senior Women’s Health Nurse
I’m a senior women’s health nurse specialising in the areas of fertility and menopause. I have worked in the area since 2007, spending over 6 years at a top IVF Clinic before working independently.
Passionate, enthusiastic and caring, I’m on a mission to share my fertility knowledge and experience with my patients as well as health care staff to provide support, educate and raise awareness. I have a special interest in low ovarian reserve, premature menopause and egg donation.
I am a member of ESHRE, The British Fertility Society and The British Menopause Society. When I’m not seeing patients or providing training, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 dogs and also enjoys running, mainly to eat cake at the end!
