Kate Davies RN, BSc(Hons), FP Cert Fertility Nurse Consultant, YFJ Director & Host of The Fertility Podcast
I’m an independent fertility nurse consultant and worked for over 30 years in the UK’s National Health Service as a specialist nurse in Gynaecology, Sexual and contraceptive health and fertility, before 10 years ago founding Your Fertility Journey Ltd. I hold a first class honours degree in Women’s Health, and as a qualified Fertility Coach offer my patients much needed emotional support as well as clinical advice.
I continually strive to provide my patients with high quality and research based healthcare. I am a member of the British Fertility Society, the Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority Professional Organisations Stakeholder Group, ESHRE and registered with the NMC. I am registered as a practitioner with FertilityUK and receive regular training and clinical supervision from FertilityUK.
On top of my clinical work, I support Corporate Organisations to provide fertility wellbeing education and the Fertility Industry to achieve fertility excellence. I am currently working with top fertility brands, companies and organisations to help them reach their key objectives. I am the host of the super popular The Fertility Podcast.
When I’m not in my office I’m enjoying time with my husband and our two boys, teaching yoga or finding some quiet time in my greenhouse!
Katherine Pleace RN, MSc – Senior Women’s Health Nurse
I’m a senior women’s health nurse specialising in the areas of fertility and menopause. I have worked in the area since 2007, spending over 6 years at a top IVF Clinic before working independently.
Passionate, enthusiastic and caring, I’m on a mission to share my fertility knowledge and experience with my patients as well as health care staff to provide support, educate and raise awareness. I have a special interest in low ovarian reserve, premature menopause and egg donation.
I’ve recently completed an MSc in reproductive medicine and currently studying a PhD part time looking at women’s lived experience of premature ovarian failure.
I am a member of ESHRE, The British Fertility Society, The British Menopause Society and a committee member of the RCN Fertility Forum. When I’m not seeing patients or providing training, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 dogs and also enjoys running, mainly to eat cake at the end!

Morven Kinnear-Maclennan RN – Fertility Nurse
I am a dedicated and compassionate fertility nurse.
With a passion for reproductive and hormonal health, I have a special interest in PCOS, education about fertility awareness methods, and cancer treatment-induced infertility although my work extends throughout the infertility spectrum.
I regularly study with professional CPD opportunities such as Royal College of Gynaecologist and Obstetricians and have experience working in clinical research. I am a member of the RCN, British Gynaecological Cancer Society, British Fertility Society, UK Oncology Nurse Society.
Outside of my professional commitments, I find joy in spending time with my husband, our small children and Bagheera the black cat. My connection with nature is important to me as I enjoy swimming in local lochs, always with the aim of fostering a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.
