Description

FertilMan® PLUS is a comprehensive 30 day supply advanced blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and anti-oxidants, expertly formulated to provide to help the development and production of sperm and provide nutritional support for reproductive health and to maintain general wellbeing. This high- quality supplement contains high quantities of pure ingredients to aid the motility, concentration, morphology and quality of sperm to help increase the chances of conception. This advanced formula contains all the benefits of the original FertilMan supplement including L-Arginine and also contains 12 times more L-Carnitine (in the form of special grade Carnipure), plus increased levels of Selenium, Co-Enzyme Q10 and Vitamins C and B12.

FertilMan® PLUS is able to deliver optimum levels of each nutrient to support general wellbeing and specifically help prepare the body to make healthy sperm. It is important to appreciate that both the mother and father should try to be at optimum health before conception, in order to provide the best possible start to the foetus. For men this is not just about direct support to healthy sperm, but also about their overall health as well so they are ready for conception and also for their caring role afterwards.

FertilMan® PLUS contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, DNA synthesis, normal sperm development, normal testosterone levels in the blood, regulation of hormonal activity and the production of cells from oxidative stress

Key Benefits
FertilMan® PLUS provides 21 nutrients including those well-known and scientifically validated for healthy sperm – Zinc and Selenium, as well as a range of amino acids and other profoundly helpful nutrients such as Coenzyme Q10 and Carnitine. When we consume food, we always take in a complex blend of many nutrients which work together synergistically to help support good health. Food, like complex blends of nutrients is the way our bodies are used to receiving nutrition, and so in that way it helps the body choose how it wants to distribute and handle the nutrients. This approach is the right one for nutritional support, as it builds upon the diet and doesn’t attempt to replace a varied diet through pharmacological doses of individual nutrients.

Sperm health

Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, fertility and reproduction through its involvement in multiple enzymes enabling biochemical processes to work more efficiently in the body.

Energy

Coenzyme Q10 is biochemically involved in the production of ATP in body cells. ATP is the fuel for all cellular activity, but levels decline as we age. Maintaining a healthy CoQ10 intake helps to offset that decline. This nutrient is particularly important to be aware of as traditional food sources such as offal are consumed to a much lesser degree in the 21st century than they used to be. Without offal, the diet contains much less CoQ10 than with it, hence why this formula ensures an optimum amount is present in the diet. B Vitamins and Magnesium are also essential to support normal energy yielding metabolism and can help with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Bone health

Calcium & Vitamin D3 con- tribute to healthy bones. It is widely understood the importance of Calcium within the bone matrix, along with protein and other nutrients and also generally well known that the body needs Vitamin D to absorb Calcium. Large portions of the general population tend to have low levels of Vitamin D, particularly in the winter which is why FertilMan® PLUS provides more than the UK recommended minimum.

Immunity

Vitamin C, D, various B Vitamins, Copper, Iron, Zinc and Selenium all support the normal functioning of the immune system.

Cognition

Iodine, Iron and Zinc all support normal cognitive function with Calcium also supporting normal neurotransmission - enhanced by the presence of Pantothenic Acid which is involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and steroidal hormones.

Welcome to another episode of The Fertility Podcas Welcome to another episode of The Fertility Podcast! This week is a special week as it is National Fertility Awareness week @fertilitynetworkuk
Joining Kate are two incredible women, Jane and Toni, who are here to talk all about fertility and their new book, What Every Woman Needs to Know About Fertility.
Together, they have written a book that is somewhat a guide for a woman all about fertility. From the essentials like understanding your cycles to the bits of information that you might not know like what does IVF mean and how does it work?
When they wrote the book, they had the intention to deliver clear and honest information about fertility to the world, giving women the opportunity to find out more about their bodies, how they can plan or avoid pregnancy.
The book is a guide, like a dictionary for those who are curious as to what a certain term means. It is there to dip into when you need it.
You can find it on Amazon or in your local bookstore!

Welcome to this episode of the Fertility Podcast t Welcome to this episode of the Fertility Podcast that comes to you towards the end of #pcosawarenessmonth. I am super excited to be joined by a patient of mine, the lovely Alice to talk all things PCOS.
Alice first came to me feeling physically and mentally exhausted. She didn’t know which way to turn in managing her PCOS but also TTC. Very quickly it was evident that Alice wanted and needed a break from conceiving to manage her condition and get healthy. Luckily for Alice, she had time to do this and together we embarked on ‘Project Alice’.
Independently, Alice sought medical advice and made the decision to commence weight loss medication. This treatment is so new and we don’t fully understand yet the benefits for PCOS weight loss. However, Alice, alongside her medical practitioner, made the decision it was right for her as part of Alice’s efforts to improve both her physical and mental health. Caveat: Neither myself or The Fertility Podcast endorse weight loss medication and any decision to commence this treatment must be done with the guidance of your medical professional.
It has been a pleasure to witness Alice’s journey to better health and thank you Alice for sharing your story!
