Project You….not project baby

I encourage my patients to think ‘Project You’ rather than ‘Project Baby’. Why? Well, for the very reason that ‘Get Pregnant’ is a HUGE goal and when you are trying to achieve it, it can seem pretty overwhelming. Project You is all about a number of baby steps (excuse the pun!) to get you to your end goal. The result is that your journey is so much more manageable, less bewildering and stressful and importantly you carry on living your life, avoiding your existence becoming all about baby-making.

The aspects you might have in your ‘Project You’ is very individual and depends on your own medical history, where you are in your journey and what you need to do to move closer to your goal. In this vlog, I tell you how to go about devising your Project You and give you a few ideas on the type of content and mini goals you might like to include…the rest is up to you!
