• Bartering of drugs or products: Bartering of drugs or other products is prohibited. Users shall not post availability of unused drugs or devices (for free or not). Users should always consult their health care provider for this purpose.
  
  
• Tone and Respect: The tone on the buddy groups should be fully supportive. Please refrain from posting judgmental or hurtful topics or replies. All users deserve support and encouragement regardless of the choices they make (for example natural versus medical, etc.). Your Fertility Journey requires that all posters refrain from using profane language or any other language that, at Your Fertility Journey's sole discretion, is deemed false and/or defamatory, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, threatening, offensive, racist, invasive of a person's privacy, antagonistic or intentionally argumentative or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to engage in abuse, insults, slander, antagonism, name-calling, and ill-will directed towards members, guides, moderators, staff and administrators or its service. Abuse reports are taken seriously to maintain a peaceful and supportive atmosphere. We reserve the right to revoke the access to our buddy groups to anyone committing abuse or repeated offenses at our sole discretion with or without notice.
  
  
• Promotion of sites, products, ideas, etc.: Commercial postings of all kinds are prohibited outside the designated forum. The selling of drugs, tests and other products, fertility related or not, is prohibited. Posting for the sole purpose of generating traffic to external sites (commercial or not) is also prohibited. Community members are asked to support and respect this vision and refrain from engaging in any kind of commercial activity, product, business or site promotion in the community buddy groups, whether or not it is related to fertility and pregnancy. In addition, members are asked to refrain from targeting this community and its members for research or conducting focus groups for any purpose- academic, commercial or otherwise.
  
  
• Links: Your Fertility Journey assumes no responsibility for the content provided on any pages linked from the buddy groups. Please refrain from using redirection services (such as those to shrink urls) to post links.
  
  
• Spamming or attempts to collect personal information and email addresses: Spamming (multiple posts, messages or private messages dealing with the promotion of a site, product or idea) is not tolerated. In addition, attempts to collect personal information from members (such as by asking for email addresses, posting an email address soliciting responses, posting phone numbers, etc.) is prohibited. In addition, "silent spamming" (i.e., including a link, text or image to promote a site, product or business in your signature or anywhere in your posts) is not permitted. If you choose to share your email address or other personal information, Your Fertility Journey assumes no responsibility for any unwanted contact or any further issues arising from such contact.
  
  
• Posting of Copyrighted Material: We ask you to refrain from posting material that you are not authorized to reproduce or that is invasive of others' rights and privacy. This includes any copyrighted articles or other material, images, private messages and the content of private emails and letters as well as the personal information of others (email addresses, home addresses and phone numbers, etc).
  
  
• Buddy Groups: The buddy groups are organized by themes. Buddy Groups are intended as a place for members to talk about all aspects of their lives and may set their own theme within the guidelines of this TOS.
  
  
• Activism: We ask users to refrain from activism on the buddy groups. buddy groups are meant to be a peaceful place where everyone can exchange personal experiences without imposing their ideas on others.
  
  
• Religious or Spiritual reference: To avoid making some members feel uncomfortable we ask that religious references, prayers and prayers requests be posted on the Prayer Request Board. We completely understand the spiritual aspect of the Trying To Conceive journey and respect all users who feel strongly about it. We just ask users to post with caution and avoid these references on the buddy groups if they are too specific to a particular faith or ritual.
  
  
• Impersonation: Members will not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, Your Fertility Journey Administrators, moderators, guides or hosts, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  
  
• Accounts: Members may have one account. Multiple or second accounts will be closed without warning.
  
  
• Account sharing or others using your account with or without your permission: You are responsible for keeping your buddy groups password and username private. Sharing your account, username and password with others is not permitted. Your Fertility Journey assumes no responsibility for the use of your account by third parties.
  
  
• Discussion of Policy Decisions: Your Fertility Journey is receptive to ideas and feedback from our members and will consider all constructive feedback. We ask that policy decisions, including, but not limited to community management, not be debated on the buddy groups. We also ask that you not post or otherwise submit invitations to Your Fertility Journey members to join other boards or messaging systems for this or other purposes. Insults or antagonism directed to volunteer moderators, guides and site administrators will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If you have comments or complaints about the buddy groups management, please send your constructive feedback to us via one of our private feedback channels.
  
  
• Objectionable material: Your Fertility Journey aims to maintain a supportive, warm community. We aim to keep the buddy groups free from objectionable material and reserve the right to remove any such material. We are not, however, able to review every single message posted on the buddy groups and are under no obligation to remove material that you may find objectionable.
  
  
• Member Disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Your Fertility Journey members. Your Fertility Journey aims to maintain a peaceful and supportive environment and reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. Disputes can usually be avoided when members post with an awareness and respect for differing viewpoints and using a supportive, non-confrontational, non-judgmental tone.
  
  
• Miscellaneous: Your Fertility Journey may remove or edit any content to maintain its community standards or deemed at its sole discretion not to be in the best interest of the site and/or community for any reason.
  
  
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Your Fertility Journey and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the buddy groups, your use of the buddy groups, your connection to the buddy groups, your violation of the law, this Agreement or the rights of another.
  
  
• Law Enforcement: Your Fertility Journey may be required to share your information if required by law. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that Your Fertility Journey may preserve or disclose any Content if it reasonably believes disclosure is required by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce this Agreement; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Your Fertility Journey, its users and the public.
  
  
• Abuse Reports: If you are the victim of abuse or are the witness of abuse, please make sure to report it to the moderating team using the report button located at the bottom of each post.
  

Enforcement:

Your Fertility Journey's moderators and administrators make all reasonable attempts to ensure that the above guidelines are followed to maintain the safety, warmth and integrity of this community and its members. Due to the volume of daily posts, however, our moderators are not able to monitor every single message and as such you may from time to time come across messages that are not in accordance with these guidelines or that you find objectionable. While Your Fertility Journey maintains the right to enforce this TOS, it is under no obligation to do so and assumes no liability for the content posted on the buddy groups, whether or not they conform to the TOS.

No swearing or vulgarity is permitted in Usernames, thread or page titles, or avatars. Some casual swearing will be permitted in forum posts but may be edited at moderator discretion. Adult language is permitted in Private Forums and Buddy Groups.

Do not discuss illegal activities. Our server is hosted in the USA and so is subject to US law.

Check that your question has not been answered anywhere else on the site. Use the search feature. Try the FAQ section.

Include as much information as you can when seeking help. Nobody will be able to help you if you don't give sufficient detail.

Quotes from threads, other than the one being posted to or continuing threads within a buddy group, are not allowed without permission from all users involved. Quotes from diaries, blogs, journals, etc. kept on other sites are not allowed.

Acknowledgment of a helpful suggestion not only shows gratitude to those who helped you, it may also help others with a similar problem. All those who have been helped on this forum are invited to help other users by responding to their questions when they know the answer and /or to consider donating to the project.
