Evening Primrose Oil
Evening Primrose Oil is a fertility aid to help support hormone balance and the production of healthy cervical secretions. Great also for pre-menstrual tension. Take in the early part of the cycle and discontinue after ovulation. Don’t use during pregnancy.
Folic Acid protects the foetus against spina bifida and other developmental conditions. Currently recommended to take daily when trying to conceive and during pregnancy.
Vitamin D helps to prevent against brittle bones developing in children but also has proven fertility properties. Many women are Vitamin D deficient and therefore I recommend asking your doctor for a blood test to check your vitamin D levels. Don’t forget you can also get your daily amount of Vitamin D even more naturally by being out in the sunshine for 15-20 minutes per day.
Vitex/Agnus Castus/Chaste Tree Berry
This herb raises progesterone levels and increases luteinizing hormone. Interacts with many prescription medicines. Potent medication – do not self prescribe without professional guidance.
Maca nourishes the endocrine system and supports hormonal balance although scientific evidence remains incomplete.

Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin B12 taken daily has been shown to improve sleep, support the central nervous system, and reduce stress and depression; all of which impact on your ability to conceive naturally.
Serrapeptase is a powerful enzyme that reduces chronic inflammation and supports a healthy immune response within the body to reduce inflammation and swelling. I have seen women diagnosed with block fallopian tubes have great success with reducing this inflammation and scar tissue and go on to conceive.
