I’ve struggling with losing weight since having my first child, I knew I had PCOS when we were trying for my first and I was a healthy 9 and half stone but after wards omg it was hard to lose the weight and instead of losing I was slowly gaining.
This book has what I’ve been looking for something like this, it’s very easy to understand, informative and helped guide me what to eat and some ideas on food!
