Take back control of your PCOS by taking part in the #PCOS30DayChallenge.
The third online 30 day challenge starts again in September and will motivate you to take back control of your PCOS, make life lasting changes, improve your symptoms and if you are trying to conceive – boost your fertility.
In the first challenge, 95% of challenge graduates said that the challenge was full of high quality information, helped them hugely to take back control of their PCOS and that they found the challenge supportive and friendly.
What’s involved in the #PCOS30DayChallenge?
This September I’m joined by 4 amazing experts who will help me tell you all you need to know about controlling your PCOS for life. The challenge involves weekly live webinars, PCOS diet plans, PCOS recipes, a bespoke PCOS exercise plan, herbal and supplement resources, a downloadable meditation, giveways and workbooks to accompany the webinars and for you to use at home to help you take back control and importantly a dedicated #PCOS30DayChallenge Facebook support group community to help keep you motivated and on track. Also new this time around is your dedicated challenge buddy to really help and support you to take back control.
This is absolutely for you if:
- You feel demotivated and stuck in a rut
- You are confused by all the conflicting advice out there and just don’t know which way to turn
- You feel unsupported and alone
- You want to get knowledgeable on everything PCOS and make the RIGHT choices
- You want to be supported by a PCOS expert and a community of women who really know how you feel
This is an amazing service. There is not enough support for PCOS in the UK. Kate is amazing and very supportive.
Since the first live video, I have felt motivated and not alone. I started changing my diet a little and in 2 weeks I have lost half a stone. Doesn’t seem much, but for me it’s huge. If I can do it, you can too NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, THE WORD ITSELF SAYS I’M POSSIBLE’
I definitely feel motivated! I’ve started implementing my first stages of my goal timelines. Last night I started to create a meal plan for over a two week plan so that it doesn’t become mundane. I’m also going to start creating an exercise plan. I feel great just even starting to get plans in motion.
Here’s what you’ll learn:

This was a perfect guide to managing my PCOS symptoms. I have fallen pregnant since it began and will continue to apply all the things I have learned, throughout my pregnancy and beyond.
As someone with a recent diagnosis and floundering in all the information, this made it clear, concise and practical. Thank you
Join me for the next #PCOS30DayChallenge starting 10 September 2018.
