Product Description

Find out why you should consider changing to a PCOS Diet. How changing what you eat can help you control your PCOS but also optimise your fertility.

I have used both my clinical knowledge and my coaching skills to develop a PCOS diet plan that not only helps you make positive changes to your diet but also coaches and supports you through the process.

I have a special interest in PCOS and over the years have worked with 100’s of women who suffer with this debilitating condition. A good diet is the building blocks for fertility and for PCOS the RIGHT diet is even more important. I get how difficult it is to control your weight when you have PCOS and I know that you often feel unsupported and don’t know who to turn to for help.  In this downloadable book you will find diet plans and recipes to get you controlling your PCOS and the all important motivation you need to make that difference.

I’ve just started following  the PCOS Diet which was written by Kate Davies and I think it’s amazing.  I have learned a new way of eating meals that I never knew before and I’m enjoying all the foods that I now know are good for me and good for managing my PCOS and Fertility. Thank you Kate your knowledge is helping me change my life. Pamela June 2017

I’ve struggling with losing weight since having my first child, I knew I had PCOS when we were trying for my first and I was a healthy 9 and half stone but after wards omg it was hard to lose the weight and instead of losing I was slowly gaining.
This book has what I’ve been looking for something like this, it’s very easy to understand, informative and helped guide me what to eat and some ideas on food!
